Santa Rosa, Mendoza.
40% Malbec, 35% Bonarda and 25% Ancellotta.
Deep, inky purple colour with thick tears on the glass. It has an attractive, savory nose of spicy plummy fruit and berries, with notes of vanilla. It leads to a palate that’s dense, savory and structured. There’s plenty of forward red berry, cherry and plum fruit here, as well as an integrated oak.
