Do you sell to private customers?
Unfortunately, we don't sell to private customers. We only sell to trade. If you are a private customer and you'd like to buy some of our wines, please contact us here and we will direct you to one of our customers near you.
What is your minimum order?
Our minimum order is 54 bottles. You can order half cases (3 bottles) when buying premium wines.
I've had an issue with an order. What should I do?
If you received the incorrect wine, had an issue with a delivery or an invoice, please contact your Account Manager as soon as possible on their mobile number. Alternatively, you can contact us on T: +44 0749 069 6010 or email@example.com.
What is your returns policy?
Returns are only permitted if the products were delivered to you incorrectly (these should be reported to us within 5 working days of delivery). Please contact your account manager for more information about this.
